Three year limited warranty for the Wood Fired Heater
What is Covered?
This warranty covers repair or replacement of your Wood Fired Heater in the event of a defect in workmanship or materials in your Wood Fired Heater.
How Long is the Coverage Period?
The warranty coverage runs for three years from the date you purchased your Wood Fired Heater.
What Will Ohku Do?
We will replace or repair the damaged part or stove body when the defective unit is delivered prepaid during the warranty period.
What Does This Warranty Does Not Cover?
This warranty does not apply to damage caused by improper usage or which does not result from a defect. It does not apply to grates and accessories supplied with the Wood Fired Heater. It also does not apply to damages to other property.
Examples of Improper Usage:
Operating the heater without water in the water jacket. (The water jacket must be completely full of water when the heater is operated.)
Operating the heater within obstructions or plugs in the circulating ports.
Allowing water to freeze in the water jacket.
Operating the heater, while water in the water jacket is frozen.
Operating the heater, while connected to a circulating pump, or with water pressure greater than 8lbs power square foot.
Using the heater with salt water.
